The GEN-Y The Boss Torsion Flex Pintle Plate features GEN-Y’s patented Torsion-Flex technology which has built-in suspension and shock absorption which only allows 10% of your trailer’s inertia to be transferred compared to 100% if you’re towing with a hard connection hitch! Benefits of this include increased fuel economy, decreased wear & tear on your tires, better control when encountering potholes and curves in the road, improved safety for you, your family, livestock and more. So, in the end, you’ll save money and enjoy safer towing. The pintle plates are made using heavy-duty steel and are topped off with a sand blasted silver vain powder coat which prevents corrosion and allows years of use.
GEN-Y The Boss Torsion Flex Pintle Plate’s come in a variety of sizes, compatible with 2”, 2-1/2”, and 3” receiver hitches. Towing capacity ratings from 16,000 lbs. up to 21,000 lbs. with 5-1/2”-15” raise/drop options as well. GEN-Y manufactures all their products right here in the USA and offers a limited lifetime structure warranty, with a 5-year warranty covering the rubber components. Installation is simple as it will simply side into your receiver hitch and secure using a hitch pin (not included).

What is covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty:
This Limited Warranty covers defects in the material or workmanship of your Hitch. All obligations of GEN-Y Hitch pursuant to this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the Hitch by GEN-Y Hitch. The decision as to whether any applicable remedy shall be by replacement or by repair of the hitch shall be at GEN-Y Hitch’s sole determination. All coverage provided by this Limited Warranty terminates in the event of your sale or transfer of the Hitch.
**This limited warranty is expressly IN LIEU of any express warranty and is further IN LIEU of any implied warranty, including, but not limited to, any implied WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE except as may otherwise be required by applicable Federal or State law at the time the hitch was manufactured.
What is not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty:
This limited lifetime warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- The finish on the hitch
- Replacement of the hitch by any person or entity other than GEN-Y HITCH
- Any consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to: commercial loss, loss of time, loss or damage to personal property, lodging, meals, or other related travel costs, or any other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the hitch, the inability to use the hitch, or any other reasonable delay in performance under this limited warranty.
