Superlift Warranty Policy & Registration

Limited Lifetime Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED: All defects in materials or workmanship on select Superlift branded products properly installed per provided instructions. This warranty does not apply to any product from Superlift direct or indirect subsidiaries.

FOR HOW LONG: This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last as long as the original retail purchases owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

What These Warranties Will Not Cover

Your SUPERLIFT® Limited Warranty does not cover products SUPERLIFT® determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:

  • Alteration, modification or failure to maintain.

  • Normal wear and tear (bushings, rod ends, etc..). Scratches or defects in product finishes (powder coating, plating, etc..).

  • Damage to, or resulting from, the vehicle’s electronic stability system, related components or other vehicle systems.

  • Racing or other vehicle competitions or contests. Accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the environment.

  • Theft, vandalism or other intentional damage.

How Does State Law Apply

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province. Read more about specific lift kit laws by state laws in our detailed RealSource article.

This warranty statement supersedes all previous warranty statements in any Superlift catalogs or other marketing materials.

How To Submit A Claim

A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may submit a warranty claim at the link below. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. Returns made to Superlift will not be accepted without prior authorization from Rampage.

All claims require the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address

  • Vehicle Year, Make, and Model

  • Product Name and/or Part Number

  • Description of the warranty issue

  • Copy of original receipt

  • Images of product

This warranty statement supersedes all previous warranty statements in any Superlift catalogs or other marketing materials.  PLEASE NOTE:  Return requests will not be accepted for non-defective products once installation has taken place.  This will void any return process for Superlift.  Any items shipped back to Superlift without return authorization from a Superlift representative may be refused upon receipt, and/or sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
